* If you have been diagnosed or suspect you may have one of the medical conditions starred above, you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.

Prior to your first consultation you will be provided with a detailed health and nutrition questionnaire to complete, including a 4 day food diary. A nutritional therapy consultation is an in-depth individual analysis and is aimed at targeting your specific health priorities. In this time detailed questions about current health concerns, symptoms, family history, supplementation will be asked. It may be required for you to have laboratory tests to help us fine-tune your nutritional programme. After this session you will be e-mailed a bespoke report regarding your specific needs and in-depth explanations , and additional food recommendation ideas. The consultations are friendly, relaxed & informal.
