Lightwater Christmas Fayre in the Square Saturday 3rd of December 2016

The ever popular Fayre in the Square starts at 9am and runs until 1pm; we will be offering a free Spinal check on the day, there will also be food tastings, craft stalls, local schools and church choirs as well as performances from local youth dance schools. There will also be an appearance from Father Christmas!

Therapist Thursday with Mulled wine Monday 8th December 2016

Our therapists are here throughout the evening to give brief talks on the therapies they provide with time for questions - Reflexology, Accupuncture, Nurtition/naturopathy, Sports massage, Foot health and Chiropractic. All to be enjoyed with a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie. £5 off any new treatment booked on the night.

Recipe Of The Week

FACT OF THE WEEK: Dwayne Johnson aka 'The Rock' consumes 1/3 of a tonne of cod every year when following his strict diet and exercise regime. Before he makes cod extinct, try this Thai Fish Cake recipe below. This is an easy yet healthy recipe which can be made during the week for an evening meal, as a starter when entertaining guests or cook in batches and take it into work for lunch. Change and modify this recipe to make it your own. If you like things spicy add another chilli, if you like texture save 1/3 of the cod and flake it in instead of blending. Enjoy!!
