Katya Sá

Katya is a qualified iTEC L4 Sports Massage Therapist, with a passion for getting people to move well and deal with daily demands. She also helps professional and recreational athletes optimise their performance. Her treatments are aimed at people of all ages and occupations.

She is also qualified in Pregnancy Massage Therapy, IASTM, Cupping and Dry Needling, allowing her to offer a well-rounded service to her patients.

Katya continually loves to learn and is currently enrolled in the iTEC L5 Sports Massage Therapy and L4 Strength & Conditioning qualification. Transitioning from a corporate background in Finance, having been an athlete herself and suffering and recovering from significant injuries, Katya fell in love with the rehabilitation process and now wants to help others achieve their goals and their potential.

Katya is also a L2 British Weightlifting Coach, L1 CrossFit Trainer and CrossFit Kids Trainer. She loves spending time with her family, doing all forms of activities ranging from walks to biking. She is still very active in the Olympic Weightlifting space and continues to practice this empowering sport.

Katya’s Aim:
