Client Testimonial
“Following foot surgery six weeks ago, I was feeling slightly out of line. I was also struggling with a few aches and pains in my lower back from being flat on my back for 2 weeks and then hobbling around thereafter. I came to see Kathryn and not only has she put me back on track, she was also so understanding about the surgery process, the emotional effects and very encouraging moving forward.

I would certainly suggest that anyone post surgery that has needed bed rest for a considerable time sees one of the team to avoid long term effects.”
